Terms of Service Thank You for choosing BenPals.  Terms of Service are described - By choosing to, as by completing the sign up process, become a member of BenPals, you are agreeing that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms of service.  You are neither an employee, or a sub contractor of BenPals.  You are a subscriber to our website.  You are freely giving money to other members and to BenPals for the website subscription.  Subscription Money given to BenPals in the form of your second paid subscription signup is given with the intent to distribute to other members.  Benpals guarantees that all subscription money received in the form of second sales will be distributed to the base of paid subscription members that have been members for at least 30 days evenly.  Even in the event of cancellation of the program, all money in this account will be distributed. Distribution of this account will occur within the first 3 days of each calendar month.  In the unlikely event that no second sales are made during a calendar month, BenPals will honor its guarantee with a portion of any subscription money given in the form of first sales.  BenPals cannot guarantee the balance of the shared account at the time of disbursement.  Therefore, BenPals cannot guarantee any specific amount of second sale subscription money that will be distributed.  Likewise, BenPals cannot, and does not imply so, guarantee that you will be given any money from other subscribers for their subscriptions.  At no time, will you be asked to pay more than the original subscription price at the time of signup. Any additional purchases will be at your discretion and will not interfere with your subscription rights.  You will become part of the rotation of BenPals ID#s that is displayed each time www.benpals.com is visited.  It is not guaranteed that your ID# will be drawn when a subscription is purchased.  You understand that BenPals uses third party vendors to operate.  BenPals assumes no liability for the actions of our vendors.  In the event that BenPals cannot operate because of the actions of one of the vendors, alternate vendors will be sought out.  You understand that there may be periods of time when the website may be inaccessible for any reason.  BenPals may make the decision to terminate the program at any time, without notice.  In such case, BenPals is not obligated to, nor expected to give refunds for any subscription money paid, or any other services that you purchase with the intent of promoting BenPals.  Given the nature of the program, There will be absolutely no refunds issued. You may loose money, at your own responsibility. Efforts will be made to educate subscribers of any changes to the program including cancellation.  BenPals may update the terms of service at any time without notice.  Any rights not expressly described are reserved, and interpretatable by BenPals.   Any complaints, including SPAM, filed against a member of BenPals will result in immediate termination of their account without notice or prejudice.  Do not send unsolicited information to anyone.  As a member of BenPals, you agree to receive communication from the administrators and members of your "upline".  Do not send information to other members that does not relate to BenPals.  This is considered unsolicited and will be treated as such, resulting in immediate account closure.  Accounts that remain unpaid for 24 hours will be deleted without notice.
